You have the right to withdraw from the contract without providing a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. This policy applies to all products in our offer.

Return Process:
- The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
- Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment unless another method is agreed upon.
- You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish their characteristics and functionality.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the return is due to a product defect.
- Returns are only accepted via postal or courier services; we do not accept in-person returns.
- Cash on delivery returns will not be accepted.
Complaints
In some cases, the equipment may need to be sent to the service center for repairs. Minor issues can often be resolved without returning the product, streamlining the complaint process.
To File a Complaint:
- Fill out the Complaint Form.
- Ensure all fields in the form are completed for efficient processing.
Response Time:
- Complaints are addressed within 48 hours on working days.
- The diagnosis will be completed within 14 days of receiving the equipment.
- If equipment does not need to be returned, the service will verify the warranty coverage and propose a solution within 14 days.
Important Details
- Warranty Coverage: Products are covered by a 24-month warranty unless otherwise stated.
- Complaints regarding non-conformity of goods must be submitted within 2 months of identifying the issue.
- Complaints must be submitted electronically using the complaint form provided by RG Media.
- If a return of goods is required for repair, a courier will be arranged at the seller's expense, and repaired goods will also be returned free of charge. For goods over 50 kg, they must be packed on the original pallet.
- Complaints are resolved within 14 days of receiving the equipment and related documents.
