Warranty
At YEMSD Fitness, we provide a 24-month warranty on all the devices we sell. As a direct importer and distributor, we ensure professional service and access to spare parts for all our products.
Warranty Process
In some cases, the equipment may need to be sent to the service center for repairs. Minor faults can often be resolved without returning the product, simplifying the process.
To file a complaint (e.g., product failure, missing components, or damage during transit):
- Complete the Complaint Form Which will be sent in the package
- Ensure all fields are filled out to expedite the process.
Complaints are processed by RG Compliance on behalf of YEMSD Fitness, with responses provided as quickly as possible (within 48 hours on working days). The diagnosis is completed within 14 days of receiving the complaint and the equipment. If the device does not need to be returned, the service team will determine warranty coverage and propose a convenient solution.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
- The warranty is valid for 24 months from the shipment date.
- Customers must present proof of purchase for warranty service.
- The warranty covers repair or replacement for defects caused by the seller. Refunds are issued if repair or replacement is not feasible.
- The warranty does not cover:
- External mechanical damage.
- Damage caused by events such as lightning, power surges, fires, flooding, or other uncontrollable events.
- Damage due to improper installation, storage, or use.
- Equipment must be delivered to an authorized service center for warranty claims. If the claim is valid, shipping costs to and from the service center will be covered by YEMSD Fitness. For items over 50 kg, the original pallet must be used for return shipping.
- Repairs or replacements will typically be completed within 21 working days. Complex cases may require additional time for diagnostics or may result in a refund.
- Warranty is void if:
- Warranty seals are broken or unauthorized repairs are attempted.
- The device is used in an unsuitable environment or contrary to operating instructions.
- The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, operating parts subject to natural use, or maintenance tasks like cleaning.
- In cases where damage is caused by the user, diagnostic or service costs will be charged to the user.
Consumer Rights
These warranty terms do not affect statutory consumer rights under applicable laws, including those arising from purchase agreements.
